Finding Balance Beyond the Noise

Sep 15, 2025

Life has its way of stirring up old stories—the doubts, the “not good enough” voice, the judge, and the inner critic we’ve let run the show for far too long. This mudra meditation helps quiet the noise. It grounds you, calms your nervous system, and reminds you of the clarity and strength that are already within you.

WHY PRACTICE SHIVA LINGA MUDRA

This mudra is especially supportive for:

✨ Grounding and focus

✨ Nourishment and overall health

✨ Easing stress and promoting calm

✨ Supporting the health of the digestive system (connected to Virgo’s belly/earth energy)

✨ Cultivating clarity and confidence to stay committed to your growth

✨ Soothing the nervous system and restoring inner stability

✨ Bringing harmony between the feminine and masculine energies within

Just 3–5 minutes can shift how you feel.

HOW TO PRACTICE

✨ Sit in a comfortable position. You can sit on the floor, on a cushion, or simply in a chair with your feet grounded.

Mudra

✨ Cup your left hand, palm facing up, resting just below your navel.

✨ Make a gentle fist with your right hand, keeping the thumb extended upward.

✨ Place your right hand into the center of your left palm, thumb pointing up.

✨ Relax your shoulders and lengthen your spine.

Eye Focus

✨ Gently bring your gaze to the point between your eyebrows (the “third eye”).

Breath

✨ Breathe long and deep, yet natural, in and out through the nose. Continue for 3–5 minutes.

Mantra

✨ With each breath you might silently repeat: “I release judgment. I welcome clarity.”

✨ Or, use the sacred sounds from Kundalini Yoga: Wahe on the inhale, Guru on the exhale. This mantra helps you accept yourself as you are, while still inviting small shifts toward healing and feeling better.

To End

✨ Exhale, release your hands, and let your breath return to its natural rhythm. Sit quietly for a moment and notice how you feel.

This practice is a reminder: you don’t have to believe the old stories or carry the doubts. Even a few minutes of breath and presence can help you find balance beyond the noise.
