I'm Sandra Radha Chand,

founder of Unwind Bliss Yoga & Rest Sanctuary.
Like you, I’m a mom raised in an alcoholic family, carrying the weight of survival, and overwhelm. When I became a mother, everything just seemed too much, and I hit rock bottom—feeling drained, disconnected and stuck in a cycle of  stress, survival, guilt , and exhaustion.

At my lowest, I discovered powerful embodied yogic and mindful tools that became my anchor, helping me regulate my nervous system, reclaim peace, and rediscover my strength and resilience.

Now, I share these tools and my experience to support moms like me on their healing journey toward well-beingđź’ś
